During Ramdan oral hygiene is essential especially while fasting hours
1. Brushing and flossing - brush after Suhoor and Ifthar
- use soft brush
- floss after food will remove the reminants
2. Use Miswak -can be used throughout the day
3. Alcohol free mouth washes can be used
4. Halotosisis - very common during fasting hours
- drink lots of water
- avoid caffeine and carbohydrates drinks
- eat high fiber diet
5. Dental treatments- don’t post pond the treatment
6. Add milk , yogurt, cheese
7. avoid sugary food
